Celebrations at Sage Culinary Studio!!!
Celebrations at Sage Culinary Studio are unique, educational and FUN!! Celebrations are scheduled for Friday evenings and Saturdays.
PLEASE NOTE: The Sage Brookside birthday parties are “drop-off” with the exception of the two adults, which can be the honoree's parents or other special adults. Our lovely Brookside studio is not large enough to accommodate more than the cooking guests.
Parties are well-organized as participants, ages 6 and up, will follow directions to prepare a simple meal and decorate giant cupcakes.
The celebration meal choices are listed on our RECIPES page. Cupcake design and menus are chosen by the birthday child in a special planning meeting prior to the celebration date.
Parties for children ages 3-5 are cupcake decorating parties. Young cooks decorate giant cupcakes then move to our dining area to enjoy their creations and open gifts!

Friday 5:30 pm
Saturday 11:30 am, 2:30 pm, and 5:30 pm

At our Sage Southside location, parties are attended by the same, but parents of attendees may stay at Sage Southside and view the cooking party through the large glass windows in the loft hallway, or on our television monitors in the retail and coffee bar areas of the studio.
Parents of attendees must complete short information sheet with contact information (for the duration of the party). This form also gives us information on food allergies and is a consent for the child to attend and participate at the party. The sheets will be made available when the party is booked so they may be sent with the invitations. Each child must have a completed sheet in order to participate.

Booking a party at Sage Culinary Studio
$75 due at booking of party and balance must be paid in full 5 days before the event. Cancellations must be made 15 days prior to event for $50 refund ($25 booking fee is retained).

*Celebrations for children and attendees under 6 years of age are limited to 8 children.
Children under 4 years of age must have one parent available to assist their child.
