Sage is a hands-on cooking studio where children and adults prepare delicious food from recipes they will use again and again!

We have day and evening cooking sessions for adults and weekly cooking classes for preschoolers to teens.  We also offer a Brunch Bunch adult/child Saturday session so you can spend quality time cooking with your child without worrying about the mess! Why should your child learn to cook?

Cooking and food preparation encourage children to enjoy fresh food for snacks and meals and can reduce their dependency on processed foods.

Positive cooking experiences help build self-confidence.

Cooking incorporates knowledge from science, reading, nutrition, mathematics, history, art, language, geography and culture.

Cooking encourages cleanliness and teaches life skills including teamwork, etiquette and listening.

Children who learn to cook may eat more healthful foods as adults.

Cooking is a skill your children will use for the rest of their lives!!
