Cooking Class Descriptions:
Sushi Rolling
Children ages 9 to 17, will prepare meat, vegetables and other ingredients for temakizushi (hand-rolled sushi). Each cook will choose their sushi contents then roll their own sushi roll in nori wrappers (seaweed wrappers). No raw fish is used.
Tastes of the World
Take a trip around the world in our kitchen! Each week we will explore food from a different culture. No passport required ...just bring your sense of adventure!
Open Menu
We will prepare a variety of entrees and desserts.
Bake and Take
Chefs prepare cookies, muffins, cakes or other treats and take them home to share with their family.
You Ate What?!
We will prepare and eat foods that are common and not so common in our homes. Parents will be amazed when they find out their children are eating and enjoying new foods for the first time.
Oodles of Noodles
Everyone loves pasta dishes! This class will prepare different types of pasta each week from Anelleni to Zitoni!! The pasta may be in our main dish or in our dessert!
Kinders Can!
The Kinders will stir, mix, assemble, and bake in this fun class for our very sociable Kinder class.
Once Upon a Kitchen
The Kinders will prepare a dish and dessert and while they are baking we will have a story time. Something we have prepared will be a food that is mentioned in the book we read!
That's a Wrap!
We're going to wrap dinner and/or dessert! Delicious food that's fun to prepare and easy to eat. How many things can we wrap? What can we use for wrappers? We'll find out! (Note: these are NOT deli wrap items. We wrap veggies in meat...or meat in veggies, etc.)
Cooking Basics
This class will cover basic cooking directions, reading recipes, measurements and other need-to-know information to build confidence in the kitchen and prepare for independence.
Brunch Bunch
Saturday "Brunch Bunch" classes for children and their favorite adult. Kinder Chefs, Foodies and Sous Chef age groups are included in this special weekend class for cooking couples.







Kinder Chef Classes are $30 per class or $25 if you register for 4 sessions ($100 total). Classes are 1 hour in length and limited to six couples.
Foodie, Sous Chef, and Teen Chef Classes are 1 1/2 hours in length and $40 per class, $35 per class 4 sessions are purchased ($140 total). Classes are not a "series" and the four classes may be taken weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or as desired.
Bake and Take classes are open to children ages 5-13. Sessions are one hour in length and $25 per class.

Brunch Bunch is offered one or two Saturdays per month and is limited to six cooking couples. Brunch Bunch is a time for you to come to the studio and cook with your child for some quality time together. The class is more about having fun and being with each other than cooking instruction. The session is $45, which covers the cost for the adult and child cooks. Parent or Guardian must sign the Brunch Bunch registration. Please call the studio or check the website for open seats. You must pre-register for the brunch!!
